An exquisitely detailed reproduction of the landmark building is crafted of the original marble removed from the East Front of the Capitol Building during the 1995 renovations. The marble is crushed into a fine powder - resin is added to hold the fine particles together - and molded into the iconic shape. This masterpiece in miniature sits on a mahogany wood base and is as timeless a replica as it is true-to-life.
