In the French tradition of decoupage, this hand-blown, bent-glass tray is crafted in Brooklyn exclusively for iconsDC.  The vintage print shown in crystal clarity was published in 1887 by Thomas U. Walter, the fourth Architect of the Capitol. (The dome's crowning feature was an allegorical statue representing Freedom, which was positioned on a circular lantern embellished with twelve columns.) The tray is both practical and handsome. It is also food-safe (simply wipe clean) and the backside is felt covered.
